About

As someone who has suffered from being stressed out and anxious herself, Welland Massage Therapist Krystle Simms, has developed a passion for helping people unwind physically and mentally. She’s incredibly grateful to witness the beginnings of a shift in traditionally manual therapies to also begin including the mind when treating the body.

Through both her practical and clinical experiences, Krystle understands that for long term relief of physical pain, there also needs to be some focus on the mental aspect as well. Her treatments are based on the premise “less is more” and knowing when and where to use a more aggressive treatment style instead of a heavy handed all over deep tissue massage. The result is a therapeutic massage that leaves you feeling your best for longer.

Krystle has taken a wide variety of continuing education courses including:

  • instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM)
  • therapeutic vacuum cupping
  • Thai massage
  • dolphin neurostim & vagal nerve stimulation
  • 200 hour yoga teacher training
